Rules for the Craftis community

Craftis help each other here: customers, partners and the Craftaufwand team. To make this work well:

• Respectful and factual. No insults, no personal attacks.
• Ask specifically. Name the product and type (ideally with item number), describe the error code or symptom, attach photos of the system.
• No personal data. No names, addresses, access data or photos of people and license plates. Photograph systems so that the location cannot be identified.
• Safety comes first. Work on fire protection doors, escape and rescue route doors and smoke and heat exhaust systems may only be carried out by qualified persons. Tips in the forum replace neither expertise nor legally required inspections and are not binding legal or standards information.
• No advertising and no external links unrelated to the question. No price fixing. Do not post manufacturer documents that may not be used freely.
• No commitments. Replies from the Craftaufwand team in the forum are notes and not a commitment. Only quotations, orders and contracts are binding.

Moderation

Posts by new members are reviewed before publication. We may edit, move or delete posts and block members in the event of violations.

Data protection

The forum is publicly readable. Your display name and your posts can also be found by search engines. Only registered members may write. Further information can be found in our privacy policy. A request for deletion can be sent by email to info@craftaufwand.de.
